Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pawdy Panda, a desktop application sold through pawdypanda.com. By purchasing or installing Pawdy Panda, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is Pawdy Panda?

Pawdy Panda is a downloadable desktop application for Windows (with macOS and Linux versions planned). It is a single, one-time-purchase, premade digital product — not a service, not a subscription, not a consultation.

2. License

When you purchase Pawdy Panda, you receive a license that grants you the right to install and use the software on one (1) personal device per license. The license is:

Non-exclusive — others can also have licenses
Non-transferable — you cannot sell or give away your license
Perpetual — once activated, it doesn't expire (unless misused)
Subject to revocation if these Terms are violated

If you need to use Pawdy Panda on multiple devices (e.g., desktop AND laptop), please purchase additional licenses.

3. Permitted use

You may:

Install and use Pawdy Panda on the number of devices your license permits
Use it for personal or business productivity
Move your license to a new computer (contact us to reset activation)

4. Prohibited use

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the installer file or license keys
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works (except for personal study)
Remove license enforcement or activation checks
Use Pawdy Panda for unlawful purposes
Use Pawdy Panda in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable sales tax / VAT (Lemon Squeezy handles tax compliance globally).

The current price is USD $3.70 for a single one-time-payment license. Pricing may change for future purchases but never retroactively affects existing licenses.

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Updates and support

Your license includes lifetime updates — every future version of Pawdy Panda v0.x and v1.x is included at no extra cost. We provide email support at pawdypanda@gmail.com and aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

Pawdy Panda is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Pawdy Panda shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the website. Your continued use after such announcement constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
