14-day no-questions-asked refund
Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no explanation required.

The short version

We want you to love your Pawdy Panda. If you don't, we'll refund you. No questions, no surveys, no guilt trips.

How to request a refund

  1. Email pawdypanda@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase
  2. Include your order number (from your purchase confirmation email)
  3. That's it. You don't need to explain why.

We'll process your refund within 3 business days, usually faster. The refund goes back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. Bank processing typically takes 5-10 business days after we initiate the refund.

What happens after the refund

Your license key is deactivated, and the panda will need to be reactivated with a new license (which you'd have to purchase) if you want to use it again. The app does not delete itself — you're welcome to uninstall it from Settings → Apps at any time.

Are there ANY exceptions?

We may decline refund requests in cases of obvious abuse, including:

These are edge cases. If you're an honest customer who genuinely doesn't enjoy the panda within 14 days, you get your money back. Period.

EU customers — right of withdrawal

If you're in the European Union, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Directive to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days, unless you've explicitly waived this right at checkout (Lemon Squeezy may present a "start using immediately" checkbox).

Our standard 14-day refund policy meets or exceeds this requirement.

Mistaken / accidental purchase?

If you bought Pawdy Panda by mistake (wrong product, accidentally clicked, etc.), email us within 24 hours and we'll refund immediately — no need to wait the 14 days.
